This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on ProMathsGuru.
1. General Policy
ProMathsGuru is a digital education platform providing immediate access to learning content upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent access to purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of reporting
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate payments for the same subscription or plan
- Service Unavailability: Extended platform downtime preventing access to core features for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Accidental Purchase: Within 24 hours of purchase, provided no significant content has been accessed
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions or plans after content has been accessed or downloaded
- Partially used subscription periods
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable
- Free trial conversions after the trial period has ended
- Third-party payment processing fees
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within the eligible timeframe
- Provide your order ID, registered email, and reason for refund
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow up to 7 business days for review and processing
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-3 business days
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days (prorated for unused months)
- Technical issues affecting only specific features
7. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate by:
- Requesting a review with additional documentation
- Contacting your payment provider (chargeback policies apply)
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated date.
